Bye-Rule
|
Players who wish to take one half-point bye may do so, provided they give adequate notice immediately after the finish of their game of the previous round.
However no player may request a bye in the last four rounds.

Appeals Committee

An appeals committee will be formed comprising of three players.
All appeals will be submitted in writing within one hour of the end of the game.
